H.Fulton and Just Cavalli all go for the Heavy Metal eye makeup in petrol blues. It is great to use colour around the eyes, especially if you can be brave enough to move away from black. Go for a bright blue around the eye socket and mix with a bronze mineral gold on the lid to really make the colour pop!
